Algarve meets Lisbon  

A versatile journey to the jewels of Portugal. First you will spend four days in Lagos on the Algarve, a stone's throw from the famous Ponta do Piedade and other fantastic beaches and seascapes. After a drive to the equally photogenic capital, the journey continues for three nights in Lisbon.

The first half of the trip is dedicated to nature photography. From Lagos, all photo-points along the Algarve can be reached within 45 minutes. The sunsets in particular are a spectacle here. During the day, the light is less suitable for nature photography, so there is time for other activities or moments of rest. In Lisbon, on the other hand, the program is well filled, here too the Golden Hour is of course used at the Miradourios and the bridges, but there is also plenty to photograph during the day, especially during a trip to Sintra.

The target-price is 370 euros per person for car and accommodation. The exact cost of the trip can only be determined at the time of booking. The price indication is based on previously booked trips.

The weather in Portugal during the travel period is generally pleasant with around 16 degrees and about 6 hours of sunshine per day. The days last approximately 11:15 hours, with sunrise at around 7:10 am and sunset around 6:25 pm.

Day 1 - arrival in Faro, drive to Lagos
Day 2 - Ponta do Piedade in the morning, one photo-spot in the                      evening
Day 3 - one photo-spot in the morning, one in the evening
Day 4 - Praia Dona Ana in the morning, one photo-spot in the                          evening
Day 5 - one photo-spot in the morning, then drive to Lisbon
Day 6 - photo-walk in the morning, Ponte 25 de Abril in the evening Day 7 - small morning photo-walk, then Sintra & Cascais
Day 8 - Ponte Vasco da Gama in the morning, then journey home

Driver:
One of the participants must drive the car during the entire journey.

Preparation:
Each participant receives all travel-information in pdf-files. This also includes the pre-programmed routes in Google Maps. Additionally you will receive a travel-program in which the photo spots are explained per day and often visualized with my own photos. You will also get access to my interactive map with photo-spots on the Algarve and Lisbon.
