What are "target-prices" and how are they calculated?
Nothing is booked before a group agrees to go on a trip together, that is why there is no exact price yet, just an estimation, the "target-price".
That is calculated based on research and former travels and consists of the following items:
- accomodations divided by the number of travellers
- rental-car divided by the number of travellers
- 100 euro for planning, booking and (remote-)guiding
Once a group decides go to on a trip, the booking-process starts and the actual price becomes clear. Nothing is booked without the consent of the participants. The travellers transfer the money for the booking directly to Kevin Kempf, who manages all bookings. A spreaded booking and therefore payment is possible, but usually financially not favourable.

What does "remote-guided" mean?
In contrast to the guided- and the scouting-trips Kevin Kempf will not be on scene at remote-guided trips.
The planning and booking is done by Kevin Kempf, the participants get all the information, including detailed routes and the time-schedule. Yet, Kevin Kempf will manage the trip from Germany if there are questions and will help troubleshoot if necessary. Furthermore every evening there will be a brief moment to check how the day went and what is scheduled for the next.

Car/Driver
As great photo-spots not tend be next to bus-stops, Every photo-trip needs a car and a driver. After arriving at the airport the first thing therefore is picking up a rental. That happens via free shuttle-service and sometimes in the terminal.
Rentals always come without additional insurances, except when the whole group agrees on effecting one.
On guided trips I drive the car. On remote-guided trips one of the participants has to drive the car. The driver needs to have a creditcard and pay the deposit.
The driver is responsible for driving and has to pay for damages on the car that he inflicted. If damages occured beyond the drivers fault, the group splits the amount equally.
Flying can be complex.
Why are the flights not included (anymore)?
When Kevin Kempf was based in the Netherlands, the options for flying where limited. Everybody departed from and went home to Amsterdam Schiphol.
After going international, flying has become more complex. Different travellers join from different and countries. Therefore calculating a fixed price for the flights is simply impossible.
The flights of every group still have to be co-ordinated to prevent long waiting-times at the airport for travellers. Kevin Kempf will search and book - as far as possible - matching flights after the home-airports of all travellers are known.
